Sun Solaris, OpenSolaris "This is a full install of Solaris. This build is based on Solaris Express build 35, and includes all of the modifications added by the BrandZ project to enable the Solaris Containers for Linux applications functionality. This build contains pre-release functionality and should be considered completely experimental."

This only supports RHEL binaries (and its clones, like CentOS). And yes this is the long fabled Project Janus.

It's not Janus. Janus is/was totally different to
BrandZ. Janus became known as the Linux Application
Environment and was available as a 'technology preview'
via invitation. They are totally different
implementations.

Actually it is follow-up to Janus (LAE). Right now RH/CentOS is supported but people have also managed to get Debian and other Linux distributions to work.

See http://blogs.sun.com/roller/page/nilsn?entry=installing_a_debian_zo... for details on installing a Debian zone.
