Great news for Freerunner owners and the Android community!
I'm hoping that somebody works out how to boot Linux/ Android on the n95 series of phones. Its a great bit of hardware let down by symbian/ Nokia's locked-down OS with piss poor memory management.
There's certainly a lot more n9x owners out there than Freerunners and I know many would love to be able to switch to/ boot Linux like me.
Hi memson!
Thanks for the link to NITdroid- that was exactly what I was looking for seeing as the n810 is pretty much the same chipset as in the n95 as I understand.
I can live without opengles graphics accel no prob, but sound, GPS and battery monitoring are certainly all 'must-haves' for serious use for me, and these are all currently lacking under NITdroid at the mo it would seem and theres no mention of a n9X port.
