A perfect example of the naive "If we build it they will come" mentality of some FOSS projects which think they can ignore marketing matters completely, without consequences.
I've been noting names like this for several years now, just for personal amusement. And in my opinion, the grand prize still goes to "PodFuk":

The project was mentioned on LKML some years ago, and it was politely put to the author, whose first language was not English, that the name conjures up images of fornication with vegetables. There was some discussion on the matter, the general consensus ending up that it didn't really matter. Try that sometime at your favorite Fortune 500 company... ;-)
