Apple Apple has just released the first beta of iOS 4.1. While no official changelog has been posted by Apple, we can expect to see improvements in the way the iPhone calculates signal reception, a flaw which was found by Apple recently during testing. You must be a registered developer in order to access the download, but if you have an account, you can get it here.

Old news, but 4.01 is out. That *is* probably front page news, as it is a consumer level release.
