I'm just wondering if part of the problem was going so big so soon.
Did they really need such a big initial manufacturing push with Quanta in the first place.
What happened to growing your business organically.
Also RIM should get that Android App compatibily asap.
Then again how can you compete with the others when your business model does not include content and advertising at it's core.
I think this is key here. Apps, Content, Advertising
