The preview of 2.0 seems more solid IMHO. I like the way OO.o is going.

It looks like there is an approx. date listed:

Its listed under the plan section:
"March 2005 ?? : OOo 2.0"

I cannot wait til its released!!!

What about OTF support?

Does this version support OTF? IMHO Openoffice is useless as a serious office product unless it supports OTF.
