It's a shame to see Thom's comic go. There's a good FOSS/geek comic on the Free Software Magazine site though.

Probably a bad idea, but maybe you could have a comic "editor" much like you have additional article editors.

You could even hold a competition over a month or so where people can send in comics and the best entries becomes the new comic "editors".

As much as I didn't like the comics at first, they did start to grow on me and it really would be a pity to completely loose one of the few light hearted sides of OSNews. ;)
