Conversations I want to take a quick straw poll of who people think are the real and true Experts on computer security, etc, (esp in an academic sense)? Bruce Schneier looms large in my mind, but who else? Who are the people we look to, who are the ones whose opinions actually matter to us?

Although I'm certainly not a security expert (I'm not even a computer expert, for that matter), I would think that Peter Gutmann is well respected in the security field.
I first found out about his work when I looked into irreversibly deleting a hard drive.
