Conversations I guess I'm not sure this is the right place for this, but is there a way to expand threads while you're reading posts? Sometimes it's much easier to read through a whole 'conversation' rather than re-load the page a dozen times just to see replies to replies, etc.

Does this make sense? Am I just missing the option somewhere?

What setting do you have for your layout as listed in the preferences?

Also, there is a limit of being only able to see 3 replies to a single parent before having to click on a link that enables you to see more of the thread.

Well THAT's completely embarassing, haha. I had "Threaded" whereas it looks like I want "Nested". I had never thought of the difference between the two words.

Heh, oh well. Thanks for the protip. ;)

One day, I hope we can do more than 3 deep. We've wanted to re-design the comment for awhile now, which is why I've never really played with deeper-than-3, but I hope at some point we can change the comments to be more condensed.

It would be pretty difficult given that it might end up taking up alot of screen real-estate; the only way I could see it working is if you replaced the front page/page 2 on the right into a a tab like selection in the main section of the age, with the side sections like 'recent conversations' being relegated to the bottom as to free up more horizontal space.
