Am I the only one who thinks this is madness?
While I biggest sympathies go out to the victimised child and his family, Google executives no more deserves a jail sentence than the Down's Syndrome teenager deserved to get bullied.
To me this is another screaming example of law not keeping track with the times / technology.
I seriously hope Vividown loose this case (despite the respect I have for them and their work).
This is a school matter, not a criminal case.

Modern society wants to blame everyone EXCEPT the person actually responsible for an event. There is no personal responsibility anymore as it's ALWAYS somebody else's fault.
It's not the kid who flips out and starts shooting schoolmate's fault - it's the games he plays... It's not the parent's who are nowhere to be found when the kid is home alone's fault, it's because he was listening to heavy metal. It's not the fault of teachers not being able to discipline (or even fail) students that half of high school graduates don't know basic math or are up to what was a third grade reading level , it's because the government isn't throwing enough money at the problem. ('cause that solves EVERYTHING)
Business as usual. Let's all go sue McDonalds for serving coffee hot.
