Conversations Even though I agree with almost everything he says, Thoms recent article was a bit, shall we say, controversial? It actually directly grew out of a massive flame war in another comment section. If his statement in the previous comment section was enough to cause a huge flamewar, why didn't he realize what would happen if he made an article about it?

Don't get me wrong, I love to argue about operating systems as much as the next guy, but saying the same thing over and over gets kinda boring after awhile if no new ground is really covered. I have gotten into some fantastic conversations in the comment section of this site, and learned alot from other people. Those kinds of comments sections are much more enjoyable then the flamey kind.

So anyways, all I'm saying is it may be worth instituting a policy that "guaranteed to turn the comments section into a roiling mass of bickering" should be one of the things taken into consideration when choosing whether or not to post someth

Conversations I have to say, I have really gotten used to v4. The only problem is that if I use my news agregator or google/ig, I end up with crappy old v3 links. Is there any v4 feeds currnetly up? If there isn't, could there be?

Conversations Saw it disappear and come over here to see what was up. While I agree with Adam that the score was warped, it did at least provide *some* indication of the persons posting history. If someone with a score of -3 rips me a new one, it is a big difference then someone with +3.

Not saying that it was perfect or anything, just wondering if anything is in the works to replace it.
