QNX In today's entry in our Alternative OS Contest, James Ingraham takes a close look at QNX, the operating system based on the Neutrino microkernel. He concludes that "While you can probably find solutions for just about all of your desktop computing needs using the QNX RTOS, that is not QNX's strong suit. After using ICON's at highschool for 4 years you couldnt force me back onto QNX... It was simply HORRIBLE! Yes I'm sure they have 'fixed' things in the last 13 years but QNX for a multiuser primary OS was just painfull!
