3D News, GL, DirectX Reuters reports that Nvidia shares climbed more than 8 percent on Wednesday amid speculation the graphics chipmaker could be acquired by Intel. "Investors have been speculating that Nvidia might be acquired since July, when AMD agreed to buy Nvidia rival ATI Technologies Inc. for USD 5.4 billion. Rumors of such a transaction resurfaced on Wednesday, spreading quickly across Wall Street trading desks, according to three options market participants."

2 all those pimping no expansion slots = GOD

When you want 10Gig ethernet, a better sound card, a physix card, Firewire 9000 and 802.11NZSYS you don't have any slots for it...

onboard has it's place... want a media center pc, go onboard. Want a mega thumper gamming PC? Better have some slots.

(Future me..... "Thank god, I had that 5th and 6th PCI-Express 16X slot for my Hex-SLI setup... or I'd have to run Oblivion 7 at 1600x1200")
