I recently got bitten by this on my site because I was unaware that pixels are not consistent across resolutions. I don't know why I didn't know, I just didn't. The only problem I had was a little clipping of my content div at the top but was still annoying all the same. I had a feeling it was a resolution problem and now I know for sure. So, I can work to fix it.
