no, my stats are correct, because they are indeed stats, not speculation

ibm and msft show roughly the same net profit
msft has twice the cash in the bank
msft has almost twice the market cap
msft has higher revenue growth, higher margins, pretty much eclipses ibm in every significant category

ibm won't be buying out msft any time soon
