Get a life you sad, sad man! The linux kernel is not that messed up, unless you are a moron who doesn't know what he/she is not doing. I have only been on Linux a month but I have had no problems except for the graphics issue that was easily fixed. Before you start bashing linux, define WHICH VERSION you are talking about. Or do you know which version you are talking about? I personally do not think you do with all of the garbage you spewed out in your post. You are far better off keeping your comments to yourself and looking stupid rather then saying something and removing all doubt.
