Google Google has developed a prototype cell phone that could reach markets within a year, and plans to offer consumers free subscriptions by bundling advertisements with its search engine, e-mail and Web browser software applications, according to a story of The Wall Street Journal. If true, I bet this plays a roll in their plans to bid for the radio frequences going up for auction, along with them wanting those 4 open rules that would bind the winnner too. Free or super cheap wifi phone plans and webtablet devices....
