Wrong, I mean Fedora 8!
Fedora 7 uses 2.6.22 or 2.6.21 first and does have 2.6.23 now.
Fedora 8 uses 2.6.23 now and get 2.6.24 when it's released.
Please read Fedoras changelog if you're unsure.
