But seriously... OSNews already discussed this (for more off-topic subjects) many, many times... In the end, do not expect to see ONLY subjects explicitly related to computing (even because this is very related to interpretation). Keep recommending stories you like and ignore the ones you don't feel like reading...

...your discomfort in this case probably is related more to the fact that the guy is much more like "us" (big parenthesis here) than the usual killer you see in the news, and still, he and the community are getting much publicity over this fact... Maybe it's not a good thing for "us", but it's something that really happened and, therefore, 'news'.
