A Windows developer and Sysadmin has compiled a "Watch List" of the small but annoyingly important things to keep in mind when moving from 32 bit Windows to Windows x64.

...except of course, if your CPU doesn't support x86_64 instructions, like Intel's Atom. It's a shame really, and I'm hopeful the next Atom version will have 64-bit support included.
