yeah, I don't get people talking about upgrades. XP, for the majority of users, ran fine when it came out in 256mb of ram on a 300+mhz cpu.. which gobs of people had. Only now, with more advanced flash crap, HD video, etc etc, have you needed more ram for basic tasks.
