Legal Remember when Steve Jobs launched the iPhone, and held it up in the air, proudly proclaiming "Boy, have we patented it", followed by a massive applause of the adoring audience? It may seem like this wasn't just an empty claim, either. During the earnings conference call yesterday, the company hinted at possible legal action against Palm were the Pre to infringe on iPhone patents.

I'm using multitouch for more than 10 years.

When I'm pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del this is surely MULTI-TOUCH. Their lame patents are TRIVIAL and cannot stand against PRIOR ART. I'm using C-A-D multitouch since MS-DOS times! So, FTA (F$%ck The Apple). Boycott their products for attempts to eliminate fair competition. It is not what I like Palm (who is bunch of losers) but fair competition is a MUST.
