Mandriva, Mandrake, Lycoris The RC2 release of Mandriva Linux 2009 Spring (code name Estephe) is now available. Mandriva is most certainly NOT a KDE distro. It was at one point but that is long in the past. I run Mandriva with GNOME exclusively. Mandriva also works great with XFCE. Mandriva is a desktop neutral distro. "

Perhaps. Saying that makes as much sense as to claim that Ubuntu is a desktop neutral distro, because of Kubuntu.
