Benchmarks Phoronix, known for their various speed tests and reviews, compared the latest in Ubuntu and what, until recently, used to be the lastest in Mac OS X with 29 different benchmarking tests. Some of the results were rather interesting.

From the article:
"Ubuntu was running on this system via Apple's BootCamp."

I don't know whether BootCamp has anything to do with this results or not, but the system hardware is clearly the same.

BootCamp is just a boot loader(and drivers for windows), it shouldn't have anything to do with the results.

The article was an interesting read, but it's nothing more than bragging rights for a fan boy to say "My OS can beat up your OS."
