I have a friend that built a £600 hackintosh which when benchmarked, blew away the results of a £1500 Mac Pro.
Okay the Mac Mini's aren't as completely overpriced as the Mac Pro; but why would anyone pay the extra for Apple hardware, except to be allowed to legitimately use Apple software?
