Linux We all know them. We all hate them. They are generally overdone, completely biased, or so vague they border on the edge of pointlessness (or toppled over said edge). Yes, I'm talking about those "Is Linux ready for the desktop" articles. Still, this one is different.

I'm amazed. This has to be the most ridiculous article ever posted on OSnews... it has:

- *highly* subjective opinions
- technical errors
- unfair comparisons
- "I want this to be as in Windows" nonsense
- general problems which affect Windows just the same
- many things that just don't *matter* for the desktop experience

I could go into details but I would need to cite, which would probably be against the copyright-note...

Thom, I really don't see why you think this article is "different". It's just silly FUD.
