Opera have announced the general availability of Opera 10 beta. Opera 10 includes an improved rendering engine Presto v2.2. The beta adds a new default skin and a couple of new features, notably "Turbo", a proxy compressor for dial-up users, and tab previews. The result? Complete fail. Not only is it silly to review a beta UI, it's especially silly in this case because Opera's UI is so easy to change. In less time than they spent writing the review, they could have made it look however they wanted.
I've been using Opera for longer than I can remember, and its flexibility is one of its greatest features - of course that's completely missing from the review.
