Ah I seem to remember I used Win 95 OSR2, but it some of the problems could have been down to hardware. I have to say the most unstable OS that I have ever used was Windows 98 .. I don't know why, but it caused me no end of headaches - could have been hardware related, but I have bitter memories of using it.
