"The new versions, 3.1 for the iPhone and 3.1.1 for the iPod touch, are fairly minor upgrades which on the surface seem to add compatibility features with the newly introduced iTunes 9. While the iPhone software update is free, iPod Touch users will once again be forced to ante up if they want to upgrade."

Many sites and users are saying that have upgraded to iPhone OS 3.1.1, however mine states it's on 3.1 and itunes states that 3.1 is the latest.
Is this different for any internation iphone users, im based in the UK.
