The snapdragon chipset they use are GSM/WCDMA/HSPA only. So T-Mobile and global carriers who use the 900/1700/2100 bands would sell it.
And the screen should be 3.7 AMOLED.
But maybe a CDMA based version will fallow later, after all there is a sd chipset that supports both GSM and CDMA.
