BeOS & Derivatives Donn Cave has updated his port of Python to BeOS, as well as the Bethon BeOS API interface library. This brings BeOS up to date with other platforms with regards to Python, and merges some independent patchsets into Bethon. Both are for R5.03, meaning that pretty much any BeOS system out there can use them.

Up until recently I used BeOS regularly. And my language of choice was python to do my development and web stuff...

What stopped me from using BeOS was that I needed better wireless support and tunneling (pptp) capabilities for work. Oh well. Maybe when Haiku comes out!!!! ;) Very exciting!

I would switch back to BeOS from Mac OS X for those things!
