If it's a specific distribution or device your after then rumours abound about stuff in development.
In terms of Meego though, the Maemo side of it's parent forks has had products available for years with the latest being the N900. Granted, they're not the letter sized tablets currently trendy in industry news. Meego is far from vapourware though with a build coming to N900 and a image file available for download. If I had an ia32 based device, I'd give it a go for a look; even with some of the attributes they chose not to inherit from Maemo. (rpm instead of deb based; WTF?)
