Fedora Core After a decision that got a lot of negative feedback, Jared K. Smith from the Fedora project gave some insight on why Fedora's board decided not to include SQLNinja in future builds. "As many of you are well aware, the Fedora Board made a decision not to include the SQLNinja package at our November 8th meeting. In the meantime, I've received quite a bit of feedback, and I'd like to take this opportunity to provide a bit of clarification on the Board's decision.

Its not even the fact that osnews carried this, its the fact that the fedora world is so concerned over this.

I mean it even says in the article that its already being carried in a third-party repo.

Then there is also the fact that their meeting only specifically looked at SQLNinja. He also notes that most of the feedback they received on their decision was in objection to blocking security tools in general which is not what they did at all.

Finally, there is the fact that they are going to reconsider their decision.
