I've long suspected something similar has been implemented in Microsoft Windows. A back door that lets the government monitor users activities or communications. I always thought the entire anti-trust matter and planned split-up of Microsoft went away just a little too conveniently. As was Bill Gate's quiet retirement. The government in the U.S. has not made aggressive moves to curtail Microsoft's domination and questionable business practices leaving me to believe there's an "arrangement" between it and the government intelligence departments. Just a theory.
