Well, if Ubuntu's UI team had that in mind, they could hardly mess up more...
* Windows users must definitely re-learn the interface
* OSX users must re-learn the interface as well, and as a bonus are deceived by the look (because no matter how much they want to make them look-alike, gnome does not work like OSX's UI)
* Even gnome and KDE users must re-learn the interface to some extent, since no single distro's UI works like Unity does.
