PDAs, Cellphones, Wireless There's an article making the rounds right now about how applications on iOS crash more often than applications on Android. I'm not going to detail the entire methodology - the article itself does so - but it does raise an interesting talking point about how both mobile operating systems handle application crashes and updates.

Yeah, sometimes I wonder what do people learn on universities nowadays.

Back on my day, any student had several lectures about computer design, Assembly (MIPS and x86 on my case) and C, before going to higher level languages.

With C being the language requested for about 70% of the university projects.

So it always amazes me that today's kids don't know anything about low level programming.
