Donating your organ is not being slaughtered and cut up like a pig. Nobody earns money unduly from it, this is not a commerce; and it is to save the life of people with only a few months or hours to live.
So yeah, good one, EU. Actually saving lives.
(Actually supposing this has to do with the EU. In France, it predates any EU legislation.)
