Particularly how they setup the start screen: http://imgur.com/UcjKg Other than using it as a launcher for desktop applications and using a weather live tile, Metro is ignored. I can image this working as well or even better than the archaic start menu when some time is taken to getting used to it and using the keyboard more than the mouse.
Still, a big problem is that Microsoft seems intent to eventually move away from the desktop for all applications, including productivity. So please Microsoft, show some decently complex productivity app examples instead of just a dozen RSS readers or a dashboard mockup of Dynamics (still only showing pretty data).
