If you are saying "Brains and all computing devices that humans can build will never be the same" then you are wrong.
It has already been done by IBM.

But the OP's point is: Intelligence != (Not equal) Consciousness. Let alone free will. If you don't believe in free will, just think of it that you have choices to be made every now and then and was "conscious" enough of your choices. While AI's cannot think of himself as conscious, though he can be programmed to act as one, it is stupidity to think that he is conscious.
