Stories like this come as no surprise, but the industry press rarely deals with the core problem - and nor does Google. The article seems to me like it's pretty much a summary of all of his barroom arguments with his open-advocating friend-of-a-friend. As such it's no surprise that it's almost 100% randomly thrown-together BS diatribe.
