Mostly agree with you in that I prefer having my own directory structures. But the one time I actually like having all of my files dumped into one folder is with mp3s. Ironically, the pisser is that the one app that doesn't allow me to organize files easily this way is iTunes.

Seems like Apple is hellbent on ditching organizing things in folders, except the one time I actually don't want it
