Why do you guys mod my comments down every time I mention X.org and PulseAudio suck and break upgrades? Here, your friend nixie admits X.org is constantly breaking upgrades ( http://bit.ly/O7ndwl ), X.org sucks and breaks upgrades, get over it.
Has OSnews become yet another Soviet dictatorship like Slashdot, where every criticism is "taken care of"?
Too bad you can't mod down people who got burned by Linux upgrades and are now going to the store to buy Windows 7 which (gasp!) isn't upgraded every 6 months and upgrades don't break stuff (at least basic stuff). These people have modded YOU Linux fanatics down with their Euros and Dollars.
Cheers.
Now go back to sleep. X.org is perfect and doesn't break upgrades, PulseAudio doesn't suck and the reason Linux can't get over 1% is because of ebil Microsoft (never mind OS X managed to compete with Windows despite running only on Apple hardware), and because of Aliens, the Skynet or the Matrix or something. Sorry for being honest. Truth hurts and it takes real men and women to shallow it. I was all a bad dream. Go back to sleep.
