PDAs, Cellphones, Wireless "At the beginning, it was, for instance, 500K units a month, then maybe 600, 700K. This latest month, it was close to 1 million," Asustek Chief Financial Officer David Chang told The Wall Street Journal. Very much deserved. You can pry my beloved Alexis (my Nexus 7's name, normally written in Hangul but OSNews can't render it) from my cold, dead hands. I don't think I've ever had a device that I liked more than this thing. Note this is sales, not shipped.

In my country I still see:

"Sorry! Devices on Google Play is not available in your country yet. We're working to bring devices to more countries as quickly as possible. Please check back again soon."

The iPad is available everywhere I believe ?

Yes, I'm sure I can buy it from a different country but it would probably not work all that well. Maybe even the appstore won't work properly. I don't know.

So why do people compare the numbers ? You aren't comparing oranges and oranges.
