The most damning part of this contraption: you need to run a virus scanner on your 'tablet'.
The little computational power advantage it may have on an iPad is quickly gobbled up by virus scanners, crapware, adware and malware.
If during the lifetime of my iPad I install and deinstall a 1000 apps, the performance will be the same as the day I bought it. Let's see microsoft do this with their device. Install a 1000 apps, deinstall them, and see what has happened to the registry, boot times, wake up times, operating speed.
