Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu Mark Shuttleworth: "I simply have zero interest in the crowd who wants to be different. Leet. 'Linux is supposed to be hard so it's exclusive' is just the dumbest thing that a smart person could say." He's right. Lots of interesting insights in this blog post - I may not agree with everything Ubuntu does, but at least it's doing something.

Right. So basically you're being rude and extremist because this is a message board and thus it's ok to make dumb statements. And because it's a message board you're also allowed to demonstrate these traits while hypocritically accusing others of it.

Dumb statements when, my first response was Linux has problems because of X, Y and Z on the Desktop. I only started name calling when you made it personal.

Of course it was a question. Have you never heard of the difference between open and closed-ended questions? Just because it was targeted, it doesn't mean it was rhetoric.

It was a loaded and you know it.
