Less than a year ago we were preparing to launch Windows 8, which introduced our vision of highly personalized mobile computing. I'm surprised no one has mentioned that there is no obvious way (though there are ways) to install the update without associating a local account with a Microsoft one. I don't like the feeling. And really bad timing also (in the backsweep of the NSA scandal).
