Just a short question to everyone criticizing Linus; how many of you have worked as part of a large software project? Marketing ideas, visions of the future, and new directions to head in are the last thing you want when you have an adequate product that you are aiming to perfect. Linux (the kernel, the bit Linus works on) is more than adequate now, and Linus seems like the perfect guy to perfect the kernel.
