i agree, i been a rpm user for a long time without problems, occasionally i run in to a dependency problem, all i do is save my rpm in a temp directory go to www.rpmfind.net download whatever rpm is required to complete the install and use a root shell in that directory and run rpm -iUv *rpm and the problem is solved...
