Before I add 'my' two cents worth upon the current heap of Xandros reviews, let me introduce myself... rather my Linux self. I am a noobie. Perhaps not such a newbie as a newbie could be since I have been playing with and learning Linux since 'Corel Linux' (1999-2000?). Before Corel I'd purchased a copy of a 1998 Turbo Linux in a discount store and was beyond elated to find something to mess with.

It is an article written by a simple person, not an experienced writer. This is apparent. I believe that such "real life" articles should also be read from time time, even if they don't read as professional.
A user, no matter if we like the way he writes or if we like his opinions, is also a "customer". One less such person leaving the Linux market just because he couldn't be "heard", means $50 bucks less in the Linux market. Put 1000 such people on the basket and you just lost the Linux market $50,000.
