General Development CVS, part of the glue that holds open source development together, shows its age. Many competitors have emerged recently, fixing misfeatures and adding new ideas. There is no special server download. The win32 download contains all that you need for a client or server. You can find the latest version (0.37, the beta) in a friendly installer here:
